Property Overview 180 Peachtree Street is located at the corner of Peachtree and Ellis Street in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The property is a 585,000 square foot office building and two structured parking garages containing 1,296 spaces.

Investment Strategy Taconic acquired the property from Federated Department Stores in June of 2000 who operated a Macy's Department Store on the ground floor and lower level of the building until June of 2003. Taconic invested over $24 million in a capital improvement program which included lobby and common corridor renovations, vertical transportation, increased power capacity, back up generators and additional fiber connectivity. This transformation resulted in a first class office building and one of the most technologically advanced buildings in Atlanta.

Taconic sold 180 Peachtree Street in March 2007.
