Investment Strategy Taconic was successful in instituting a program of pre-built office suites catered towards high quality boutique office firms in the downtown market. By the end of 1998 the property was 100% leased, and all short-term lease expirations were renewed. The property's repositioning produced a secure income stream from a diverse institutional quality tenant base.

Taconic sold the property in May 1999.
