Property Overview 600 West Chicago is located along the Chicago River at the intersection of Larrabee Street and West Chicago Avenue in the vibrant River North neighborhood. The building, constructed in 1908, served as the Montgomery Ward & Co. catalog distribution center and is listed on the National Registrar of Historic Places and has been designated as a Chicago Landmark Building.

Investment Strategy Taconic acquired 600 West Chicago in July of 2000 and invested over $165 million to completely redevelop and reposition the property as a home for some of Chicago's leading corporations. The redevelopment has resulted in a 1.6 million square foot first class office campus with superior infrastructure improvements including increased power capability, significant fiber connectivity, back-up generators, high ceilings and large floor plates. Taconic sold 600 West Chicago in May, 2007.
