In June of 2012, we acquired two adjacent properties: a landmarked circa 1905 warehouse at 401 Washington Street and a modern parking garage at 412 Greenwich Street with plans to develop a 137,000-square-foot, 34-unit, ultra high-end luxury condominium building. The properties sit in the heart of Tribeca, one of New York City’s most sought after residential markets. With the vision of Morris Adjmi Architects, our team obtained approval from New York City’s Landmarks Preservation Commission to restore and adapt the architecturally significant warehouse and redevelop 412 Greenwich Street as its mirror image. The two sites will function as a single condominium building with shared amenities. Development is currently underway and the project is expected to be completed in 2014.
