Chris is responsible for project management, construction oversight, design development, preconstruction, and contract negotiation and management. Prior to joining Taconic in 2015, Chris worked in both engineering and construction management roles on projects ranging from heavy mass transit to museums and educational institutions. As an engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, he worked on both the $60 million historical restoration of the Corbin Building as well as the $1.4 billion Fulton Center. He then moved into construction management as a project manager for RC Dolner Construction and later, Shawmut Design and Construction. As a project manager, he was responsible for over $100 million of new construction and renovation projects, where his clients include The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Riverdale Country School and the Convent of the Sacred Heart. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York and is a LEED accredited professional.
