 Douglas Winshall Position: Executive Vice President Email: dwinshall@tacon.com Mr. Winshall is responsible for development, leasing and asset management activities for Taconic’s commercial portfolio. He and Neal McGraw oversee Taconic Management Company LLC, the company’s property management and leasing subsidiary. Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. Winshall was the Chief Operating Officer of Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P., an investment and asset management company operating throughout the United States. From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Winshall was an Executive Vice President at Trizec Properties, Inc, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s activities in the Eastern Region, which included New York, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Charlotte and Columbia, S.C. Previously, Mr. Winshall was a Vice President at Swig, Weiler and Arnow Management Co., one of New York’s largest family-owned commercial real estate firms. Mr. Winshall began his career with Cushman and Wakefield, where he served on a commercial brokerage team for five years. Mr. Winshall earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University. |
