Mr. Balestra's responsibilities include acquisitions underwriting, due diligence coordination and evaluation, debt and equity financings, market research, marketing and asset management oversight.

Prior to joining Taconic, he was a banking officer in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at M&T Bank where he was responsible for the financial analysis, valuation and sourcing of prospective lending opportunities.

Mr. Balestra earned a BA (Economics) from Colgate University.
