As a senior member of the construction team, Ms. Wenke supervises design and construction of multiple investments within Taconic's real estate portfolio. Ms. Wenke works closely with the finance and acquisition teams during the acquisition phase and, once a property closes, transitions it into development and construction. She is responsible for the negotiation and management of all aspects of construction including design, budget and schedule.

An active member of the New York Building Congress, Professional Women in Construction and the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York, Ms. Wenke earned an MS in Real Estate with a concentration in finance and development from New York University and holds a BA from Boston College.
