 Colleen J. Wenke Position: Vice President Email: cwenke@tacon.com Ms. Wenke joined Taconic in 2001 and is a senior member of the Development Team. She oversees the design and construction of multiple investments within Taconic's real estate portfolio. Involved in all stages of new development, Ms. Wenke works closely with the finance and acquisition teams during the acquisition phase and, once a property is acquired, transitions the project into the development and construction phase. She is responsible for the negotiation and management of all aspects of new construction as related to design, budget, and schedule for each development project. Ms. Wenke earned a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate with a concentration in finance and development from New York University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. Ms. Wenke is an active member of the New York Building Congress, Professional Women in Construction and the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York. |
