Mr. McInerney's responsibilities include asset management for residential properties including portfolio strategy, leasing, marketing, construction and sales. Additionally, he analyzes new residential acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. McInerney worked at Georgia Malone & Co. where he was responsible for underwriting and marketing residential and commercial assets on an international level with a focus on the New York market.  Earlier in his career he served as an assistant vice president at Related Capital (now Centerline Capital) where he underwrote debt and equity transactions for multifamily properties throughout the US.

Mr. McInerney earned an MS in Real Estate with a concentration in finance and investment from New York University and received a BA (Communication) from the University of Scranton.
