 Gregory P. Knoop Position: Senior Vice President - Asset Management Email: gknoop@tacon.com Mr. Knoop oversees asset management, leasing and operations of Taconic's commercial portfolio. He, along with Mr. McGraw, have management oversight responsibility for Taconic Management Company. Prior to joining Taconic in 2005, Mr. Knoop was first vice president and director of agency services with CB Richard Ellis in Manhattan, where he managed an office portfolio comprising more than seven million square feet. Before joining CBRE in 1998, Mr. Knoop held various asset management positions throughout a ten-year tenure at New York Life Insurance Company. Mr. Knoop has extensive transaction experience, in both asset repositioning and commercial leasing. Mr. Knoop earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Administration from Skidmore College. He earned a degree in real estate finance and investment analysis from New York University Real Estate Institute. |
