 Herbert Streng Position: Vice President Email: hstreng@tacon.com Mr. Streng is responsible for managing all aspects of design, development and capital improvement programs for Taconic's Fairfield Towers investment and will manage the sales and marketing process. Mr. Streng will play an integral role in development and asset management of Taconic's growing residential portfolio. Before joining Taconic in 2006, Mr. Streng served as director of real estate development for The Doe Fund, a nonprofit organization that develops and implements cost-efficient programs that meet the needs of the homeless population. Mr. Streng's responsibilities included designing and managing the renovation and redevelopment of several buildings for use by under-privileged people. Earlier, he was development manager with Orda Management, where he managed the project development of three large residential rental properties totaling 990 units and Orda's relationship with the firm's partner, The Related Companies. Mr. Streng earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. |
