 John G. Soden Position: Senior Vice President, Operations Email: jsoden@tacon.com Mr. Soden is responsible for the management and operation of over 4.2 million square feet of Taconic's New York City commercial portfolio, including implementing and overseeing capital improvement programs, supervising tenant construction, managing critical system infrastructure and all daily operations at multiple properties. In this capacity he directs a staff of more than 30 property management and engineering professionals for Taconic Management Company. Prior to joining Taconic in 2000, Mr. Soden served as property manager for Hines Interests L.P., where he was responsible for the operation of Morgan Stanley's Manhattan headquarters and data center facilities, and a member of the 750 Seventh Avenue acquisition team. Over a career that spans more than two decades he has consistently demonstrated expertise in construction management, operations and leasing. Mr. Soden attended Columbia University's School of General Studies. |
