Mr. Weir's responsibilities include asset management as well as due diligence, financial underwriting, and market research for new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. Weir was a financial analyst with the City Living Division of Toll Brothers and was involved in the development of over 2,500 residential condominiums.

Mr. Weir earned an MS in Real Estate with a concentration in development from New York University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
