 Matthew Weir Position: Associate Email: mweir@tacon.com Mr. Weir's responsibilities include asset management as well as due diligence, financial underwriting, and market research for new acquisitions. Prior to joining Taconic in 2006, Mr. Weir was a financial analyst with the City Living Division of Toll Brothers and was involved in the ongoing development of over 2,500 residential condominium units. Mr. Weir earned a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate with a concentration in development from New York University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. |
