 Neal C. McGraw Position: Chief Financial Officer Email: nmcgraw@tacon.com As chief financial officer, Mr. McGraw has overseen the execution of all financing transactions, property acquisitions and dispositions/restructurings since 1998. He directs all aspects of the company's financial operations and manages complex tax and financial reporting. Mr. McGraw played a lead role in the establishment of Taconic Management Company, the company's property management and leasing services subsidiary. He also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of NYC Connect, an affiliate that provided telecommunications-related services. Mr. McGraw has more than 18 years of experience in directing financial operations and transactions for office, retail and multi-family portfolios. Prior to joining Taconic, he served as controller with TGM Associates, a national real estate advisory firm that invested and managed $600 million of real estate investments for institutional clients. A CPA, Mr. McGraw earned an MBA from Rutgers University and a BS from the University of Scranton. |
