![]() Paul E. Pariser Position: Co-Chief Executive Officer Email: ppariser@tacon.com Mr. Pariser is co-founder/co-chief executive officer of Taconic Investment Partners LLC. He and Charles Bendit seek out investment opportunities for the company and its equity partners, and lead all capital market relationships. The pair are directly involved in all aspects of the 5 million-square-foot commercial and 2,900 unit residential portfolio. They have successfully directed the acquisition, repositioning and/or redevelopment of key properties in both established and emerging markets. Prior to founding Taconic, Mr. Pariser was president and CEO of Balfour Holdings, Inc., a national investment and development company. Balfour acquired assets primarily through the Resolution Trust Corporation and other distressed sellers and focused primarily on the acquisition and redevelopment of master planned communities. In early 1997, Mr. Pariser directed the sale of Balfour Holdings to Blackstone. Mr. Pariser has been active in the real estate industry since 1978, when he joined Jones Lang Wootton as one of the firm's first U.S.-based employees. Mr. Pariser's tenure at JLW focused on investment and finance; in 1990 Mr. Pariser was named a co-managing partner, directing JLW's nationwide operations. Mr. Pariser is a graduate of Washington University of St. Louis, and earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University School of Business. |
