Mr. Febo is responsible for Taconic's commercial and residential asset management groups. This includes overseeing all property operations, marketing, construction and rental/sales activities throughout the commercial and residential portfolios. In addition, Mr. Febo oversees Taconic Management Company LLC, the company's property management and leasing subsidiary.

Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. Febo worked at Home Properties where he was regional vice president for the New York-New Jersey metro region, overseeing management and construction of a 44-property, 8,500-unit portfolio valued at more than $1 billion. He also is a former executive of AvalonBay Communities having served as director of investments for Midwest and East Coast assets.

Mr. Febo began his career at Tishman Speyer Properties as a property accountant, before being promoted to senior property manager. During his tenure at Tishman Speyer he was responsible for the redevelopment of 666 5th Avenue as well as various other commercial redevelopment projects throughout the United States.

A member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, he earned a BS (Accounting) from the John Wiley School of Business at the State University of New York, Geneseo.
