Mr. Rabacs directs all aspects of Taconic's financial operations and manages the tax and financial reporting to all Taconic's equity partners and lenders.

Mr. Rabacs has more than 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, financial management, tax compliance/reporting and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Rabacs served as controller for The Prescott Group, a real estate investment management and advisory firm, and as fund manager/controller for Apollo Real Estate Advisors where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting activities of several Apollo-sponsored private equity opportunity funds. Earlier he served as controller for a number of NorthStar Presidio's public real estate partnerships and began his career at the public accounting firm BDO Seidman.

Mr. Rabacs is a CPA and received a BS (Business Administration) from Bucknell University.
