Vice President, Construction and Development
Bill is responsible for construction and development projects. His responsibilities include project management, design development, and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Taconic in 2012, Bill was responsible for over $2.5 billion worth of development projects as a development director at Amstar Global Advisors, a senior vice president of development at The Athena Group, and a senior owner’s representative for the Tourism Development and Investment Company in Abu Dhabi. From 1992 to 2005, Bill was a project executive at Bovis Lend Lease where he was involved in over $2 billion worth of development projects, including the Time Warner Center, the Ritz Carlton Battery Park, and the Phillips Club in New York City, as well as Millennium Place in Boston. Bill began his career in 1986 after earning his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering with a concentration in structures from Arizona State University.
